Your right of return and cancellation with us

Your return policy:

  • 30 days to change your mind : You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
  • You pay the return shipping costs : You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
  • No Additional Fees : We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Offer Exceptions : Please note that items on sale cannot be returned.

Your right of withdrawal:

  • 14 day period : You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

  • Fast refunds : We will refund all payments, including delivery costs, as soon as we receive your cancellation.
  • 30 days for returns : Remember to return the goods within 30 days of your cancellation.

When a revocation is not possible:

  • Custom-made products : Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Perishable goods : There is no right of withdrawal for products that perish quickly or have a short expiry date.
  • Hygiene articles : Opened hygiene articles are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Sealed products : No right of withdrawal for opened audio, video recordings or software.

More details:

  • Loss of value of the goods : If a loss of value occurs due to improper handling, this must be borne by you.
  • Refund conditions : We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return.
